As of July 2012, online payments will be accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Echecks for the following:

 

·       Utility Payments

      

   You must have your Account Number located in the bottom left corner of your utility bill to make online payments.

 

·       Property Taxes

Cash, Check, Money Order can be paid inside City Hall

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

8:00am to 4:00pm

Wednesday---8:00am to 12:00pm

 Or placed in the locked drop box

You must have your Receipt Number located in the top middle section of your bill to make online payments.

 

Yard Sale Permits

A permit is required to have a yard sale inside the city limits of Moscow. Citizens are permitted to have 2 yard sales a year. Permits must be filled out at the city hall and a fee of $10.00 must be paid before sale can begin. the permits covers a 2 day yard sale.

Building Permits

Building Permits are required for construction or demolition within the city limits of Moscow, TN and must be filled out at the City Hall. If you are uncertain whether a permit is required for your anticipated project, please contact Moscow City Hall before you begin.

·       Traffic Citations

 You must have your 5 Digit Citation Number located in the top right hand corner of your citation to make online payments.
